PARTIAL PLANNING + DESIGN
Partial planning is a custom rate depending on the scope of the wedding. This package is ideal for the couple that wants to be hands on during the planning process but also needs a little more guidance than just month of assistance. We step in three months prior to the wedding date (the busiest time).

We’re there every step of the way so you have support but tasks are shared and the planning process is a collaborative experience. After your initial consultation, two months prior to your wedding, one of our consultants will complete any unfinished wedding plans. On your wedding day, we’ll be your direct line of communication for family, the wedding party, guests and vendors. We’ll conduct the ceremony and reception according to your specifications so your day is flawless. Services include:
•Unlimited correspondence with Consultant throughout the planning process
•Full wedding day staffing inclusive of your lead planner plus assistance
•Unlimited vendor referrals, contract review and advice
•Creation of wedding planning timeline and checklist
•Creation of wedding budget
•Creation and collaboration of event design, including but not limited to:
oCeremony, cocktail hour and reception room layouts
oTablescapedesign, Centerpieces and floral design, Linen selection, Rentals selection, Furniture rental selection, Stationery selection (Invitation suite and postage, menu cards, escort cards, etc), Cake and/or dessert table design, Draping and lighting, Favors, and Welcome bags
•Wedding day execution of all event design elements
•Scheduling of wedding day transportation
•Wedding day execution of all event design elements
•Scheduling of wedding day transportation
•Scheduling of hotel room blocks
•Fashion and style advice regarding attire, hair & make-up, etc.
•Etiquette advice and facilitation
•Preparation of Eleganza’ssignature day-of packet and timeline
•Assembly and delivery of guest welcome bags to NYC hotels
•Wedding day management, including but not limited to:
oManagement and supervision of all vendors during set-up including:
-Confirmation of all vendors
-Serving as primary point of contact for all vendors
-Creation of vendor set up timeline
-Management of day-of transportation
-Creation of wedding day timeline for bridal party:
oOversight and assistance with set-up of ceremony, cocktails and reception rooms, including but not limited to:
-Florals
-Rentals
-Stationery (menu cards, escort card table, signage)
-Cake/dessert table
-Favors
-Distribution of final vendor payments and/or tips
-Wedding day emergency kit
